2000 Syrah Tasting Notes: Intense aromas of spice, ripe plum, and a hint of olive precede rich, ripe flavors of spice and vanilla with a lingering finish. Vineyards: Sawtooth & Skyline Fermentation: The grapes were hand harvested and whole berry pressed. The wine was fermented and had extended skin contact for three weeks.
