2005 Skyline Red Tasting Notes: This wine has aromas of dark fruits, rich black berry and spice. It starts with rich dark fruit flavors that fill the mouth, supple tannins, and a beautiful long finish. Vineyards: Sawtooth, Skyline Fermentation: The grapes were very ripe for this hot vintage before they achieved optimum fruit flavors. The grapes were destemed to a red fermentor and cold soaked for 48 hours.
