Tasting Notes:
Rich aromas of blackberries, spices and mint. Flavors of berries,
hint of oak, well-balanced mouth and a long finish.

Fermentation:
The must was cold soaked for 24 hours, inoculated with yeast
and fermented in open-top fermentors peaking fermentation
temperature at 85F. Aged in oak for 18 months.
