You are invited to join us for an extraordinary evening of wine education, estate wine pairings, and a five-course gourmet dinner intimately served tableside in our tasting room.
Dinner will be prepared on-site by chef Emran Chowdhury with Boon Farm to Fork. Featuring game meats from local purveyors and pairings with Sawtooth’s award-winning wines.
Doors open at 6:45 p.m., with dinner beginning promptly at 7 p.m.
