Enjoy this interactive, al fresco harvest dinner experience in our Vino Camp area of our property-West of the Sawtooth Winery tasting room.
Al Fresco dinner demonstration by Chef Emran of Hitchcock Station. One by one, guests from each Vino Camp canvas covered deck will be called upon Chef Emran's outdoor kitchen to experience his cooking process with locally harvest food while the Sawtooth team assist in teaching our guests how to perform quick blending sessions at each of the 6 decks Vino Camps set up for in this designated area.

Wine & Wheels at Sawtooth - Saturday, June 3rd!
On June 3rd, Sawtooth will be hosting a car show on our grounds! Join us for food trucks, raffle with prizes, and awards for cars participating (best of show, staff pick, and so on!)
Sawtooth & Ste. Chapelle wines will be served along with cellar tours at both properties. Bar service will be available for picnic table and lawn seating, for full menu service please make a reservation with the tasting room at 1am, 1pm, or 3pm!

Test your jedi wine tasting skills and join us on Saturday, May 6th from 11am-1pm for a blind tasting experience featuring Sawtooth & Ste Chapelle wines in Ste. Chapelle’s stunning Royal Room. Our master jedi wine experts will guide you through an interactive blind wine tasting and reveal the secrets to the wine galaxy. “Your focus determines your reality.” We will also have complimentary milk flights & a game table for the kiddos or kids at heart.
This event is compliments of our own team member Kelli Meyer & she is asking those who wish to participate to donate to the Visionaries of the Year Fundraiser benefitting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
